Uneven sidewalk was removed ~5+ years ago and patched with asphalt. City should replace for elderly lady when working in area to reestablish sidewalk and value of property. Currently diminishes value of property in current state.

Massive concrete crack on footpath/Tripping Hazard

The sidewalk is cracked from house number 98-118. Infront of number 102 there is significant settling of approximately two inches. This will require more than a simple patch.

Our builder paved over this sidewalk when he was installing the services, it has never been replaced with concrete. It is beginning to crumble and is a tripping hazard for pedestrians
