Flooded back alley -- sewer drain backed up. Backup causing massive puddle that is damaging garages

Alley is too high and is draining into my yard. Needs to be re graded down the hill to the west. I keep trying to dig a small swale, but the neighbors keep filling it in. Prior to waste pick-up day the city adds gravel mix for traction...

The road here gets so busy please build a new a lane here, it gets so much busy and there is only single lane.

Alley Flooding

There is an icy lake of water that has formed in the western part of the alley between 13th and 14th avenue between 11th and 10th streets. Cars are getting stuck there and it is blocking the lane way / garages.

ice, water, ruts, vehicles cannot get through
