Catch basin is clogged below grade. Surface grate is clear of ice and debris. Sidewalk is completely flooded for 2 houses and basin is now nearly a foot under water. The flood line is now entering yards. This is not an ICD location.

Drain blocked and sidewalk flooded, making it impassable. Same issue as last year.

City need to follow their own bylaw. Don't clear their sidewalk 24H after snow, yup that's a fine. 72 hours with a sidewalk and wheel chair ramp being 100% inaccessible due to faulty city of Calgary services, not a problem.
