Drain pooling a lot of water/ice block on the corner of 17 st NW and Westmount road NW. It expands almost across Westmount and pools over the sidewalk. The appears to be blocked so runoff is just pooling.

Unit 1908 washes their car with soap and water. The soap then runs down into the storm drain.

Large amount of water pooling around a storm drain, water is also pooling along the curb up the street Will become hazardous during the cold snap

Storm drain plugged, water half way up neighbours driveway, sidewalk is submeged, same issue as last 3 years, it will not drain without maintenance. Lived here 30 years, last 3 years has the issue, fixing root cause would be appreciated.

Thick snow and ice covering storm drains, causing deep puddles during the day and slick ice at night. Very dangerous.

SECOND REPORT. First visit with salt dump did not clear. Catch basin water backup onto roadway and property. Frozen under the roadway. Has been backing up for 5 days. I am using sump pump to try to minimize

The water is not draining at all the street is pooled, even after hours. Been like this all day. The temperature is also above freezing. See photo
