Storm drain not pooling water and water flood in driveway

Sewer in front of home at 30 Mahogany Cove SE, Calgary Alberta. T3M2S5 is not draining and water is pooling over the sidewalk.

The street drain corner of Chapala DR SE & Chapala Cres. SE on the north side of the road by the mail box is not draining. Sidewalk is flooded

Drain is plugged and water is backed up covering sidewalks and driveway

This water is coming to our backyards! I live in legacy circle,townhouse! I did call the city several times but they didn't do nothing. This is problem as our property will get damaged!

The ice is very thick on the roadway and the water is not running off into the drain at the intersection. It is backing up onto the sidewalk in front of the last 3 houses on the south side of the 4900 block of Valiant Dr.where it subseque...

Storm drain frozen and causing water to backup and freeze on sidewalk

it being on a hill during the day the snow melts and freezes overnight so it freezes daily. And there?s no drainage system at the bottom of the driveway so when it is melted it?s a mini pond.
