Uneven back alley needs more gravel

Road/Utility maintenance fencing and signs left on our private property blocking our private parking space.

The alley behind my house has been completely destroyed by construction trucks. I am unable to use my garage to enter or exit without getting stuck in the dirt. The road is impassable due to deep potholes and ruts.

Back alley has degraded due to construction. Cars getting stuck. No gravel left. Fencing is down. Construction vehicles using it when there is a front street they can use.
