Lots of water pooling.

The sewer grate on the corner of 5th Ave and 69th Street SW is blocked causing the street, sidewalk and parts of the yard at 700 69th Ave SW to flood.

The catch basin at the corner of 100 Parkwood Place and Parkwood Drive, on the east side of the street, is jammed with ice and not draining. Parkwood Place is starting to flood due to the dammed-up drain.

This has been flooded for the past 2 weeks, can you please come clear it out?

The crews have been here 2 times. I don't think the problem has been fixed yet.
