City plow on purpose has nor plowed this stretch of sidewalk multiple times this winte. you can see tracks where they turned around.

Is it now unlawful to shovel snow from sidewalk onto city streets creating large piles and blocking vehicles Or does the bylaw only apply to residents? City snow removal has done this.

Snow from city path plowed onto private property

Bobcat contractor operator , doesn't clear the snow of walk properly. Previous years operator tills the bucket towards grass and pushes the snow away from the cars . Now if this is not possible, then get out of bobcat and shovel
