Side wall cracked and damaged

Stairs at the bottom of the long ramp... very unsafe. With no sign to announce the steps or the sharp turn. I've been taking this ramp for years but the conversations i am participating in about urban design are encouraging me to speak out.

The whole sidewalk in front of 2541 Catalina Boulevard NE is severely cracked and damaged. It's difficult to shovel snow in the winter due to the severe cracking and splitting of the cement.

This bump out is ruined every year and people parking on grass need to remove makes no sense
