OPENED Refer to Maintenance SME. 2023-10-27- BC-Citizen has not been contacted due to language expressed in previous Service requests. This SR not responded to due to language in request. This location has been reported weekly and attended to as required by SLA. As per the gravel lane program, services have been applied, but grading not required as the lane was in great shape. Minor maintenance has been conducted to repair defects noted. This lane is to be re-assessed by a roads foreman in 2024 for the 2024 Gravel lane program. Please advise. - 3 months ago #23-00799879
