Ditch by the cycle path can potentially cause bike wheels/trailer wheels to fall in the ditch and cause injuries for cyclists. Perhaps a drain cover might help prevent wheels from falling in.

There is a huge bump where the alleyway meets the sidewalk. I can't get my trailer out of the alley without the bar hitting the bump no matter how slow I go, and had to pay $500 to repair the bar as it was damaged.

Water trailer parked at 76 Avenue and 18 Street is a hazard to pedestrians. Parked far too close to crosswalk. Drivers are unable to see pedestrians attempting to cross 76 Avenue. Lights on rear of trailer are also a distraction at night.
