Extremely icy - kids need to take this path to walk to Coventry Hills school. Please put down rocks

St George's dr/8ave NE parking lot. Can pathway be relocated to other side of fence, or vice versa? Clearing here sucks in winter I have people honk at me for biking there when they're trying to park.
