Sidewalk dug up to access sewer line for new infill on south side of street. Asphalt was placed but replacement concrete sidewalk was not completed. .

Side walk cracked and it's uneven causing tripping hazard, it has been poorly repaired a couple of years ago but didn't last long and it started to chip out again

The sidewalk slants towards the street in a major way. During winter, water pools onto much of the sidewalk from the street and freezes. This makes a large ice rink on the sidewalk, making it very dangerous for pedestrians.
