On 14th St next to the school, someone drove through the fence. Part of the vehicle and the cable from the chain link fence are in the left NB lane on 14 Street. The cable is still attached to the fence.

Hand rail has corroded to the point where rust shards slough off and cause splinters.

I reported this 6-7 months ago. A section of this sound barrier is completely loose and could fall over if a small force is applied.
