Drainage Issue on Road at 316–328 Varsity Estates Mews NW

Watering in the curb is not draining properly to the sewer. Right before the sewer, there is a big bump where the road and curb has shifted causing the water to not drain out. Water is collecting along the whole curb and not draining as reflected by the picture provided. This needs to be fixed as it gets worse with major rain storms.
