Drainage Issue on Road at New Brighton Pk SE
The drainage at the corner of the house 1003 New Brighton park keeps getting blocked when we get strong rains, it has been 3 times already in the last 5 days. water reaches up to my knee, we have to come down with shovels and tools to unblock it. It can takes 5 minutes to have a huge pond on our corner, causing also cars that are turning in that corner some difficulties. On tuesday we were at 10:30pm trying to unblock it and yesterday when I got home cause yesterday's rain it was blocked again and there was the pond waiting for me again. It will really help if at half of both converging streets an auxiliary drainage can be placed to help out with the volume of water that drains in the corner, we have found paper cups,gloves,papers, blocking it but if some water is drained before reaching the corner's drainage we can minimize these recurrent incidents. I'm enclosing pictures from tuesday, maybe not the best ones cause of the rain and night time.
