On NE corner of Copperpond Common SE, catch basin is not draining. It's been a day and a half since last rain and water level inside the catch basin is still up to the rim. The other catch basin connected to the same manhole also drains significantly slower than others nearby during rainfall. Every time it rains the water at both catch basins here pools up above the sidewalk, even when other catch basins along the street are not overflowing. I believe something has clogged the storm sewer at this location and needs to be cleared.
