Drainage Issue on Road at 1051–1099 22 St NW

There is supposed to be a large grate over access to storm sewer at this location in The lane . Rocks and debris flows down 22nd st in storms. All that mud and stones need to be removed to expose grate and allow lane water to enter storm s ystem
