Hello this should be for back alley paving. This picture is about 150 Ft west of Center street between 7th and 8th ave SW. The issue is the unevenness of the back alley which results in some areas with large pools of water and in the winter time large sheets of ice. My concern is the liability associated with people walking and slipping as some of us tenants try to salt and sand in the winter time to no avail. This picture faces the Hyatt hotel and I have witnessed people going for dinner, Christmas parties, and to and from church and falling. I realize that it is late in the season but I was curious as to whether or not the possibility of a quick re-coat to smooth out the surface would be possible? This is my first 311 app so I do not know how the two way communication process works? Thank-you Jonathan
