Drainage Issue on Road at 7300–7398 5 St SW

We really appreciate the immediate response and the multiple attempts and trying to fix our alley but after the last visit 2 days ago the alley is worst that it has ever been. The long puddle is still there but now because of the grading the gravel is all gone and it is one giant muddy mess. It looks like quicksand and every time it gets wet it will be muddy. The alley needs proper drainage on the east side and a thicker application of gravel. Thanks!
