Report Concern Not Listed (non-urgent) at 1218 15 St SW

The city water crew has been working in front of my house for the past week, blocking parking but being otherwise quite nice. I came home from work to find these left in my front planter, wrapped in a towel with an "ok to use tab" beside it. Talk about a Double-D-saster. Seriously though, can someone remove these before I get back from work tomorrow? I really don't want to touch them.
