Streetlight One Out Major Road at 217 10 St NW

On 10th St., Northwest The intersection lights at Kensington Road and also on Memorial drive are out of sync. This only allows five or six cars per lane to get through the intersection at a time. Causing huge backups to get into downtown during rush hour. All the way back to 16th Ave. This started Monday August 11, 2014.
