Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Please consider a 4-way stop at this intersection where I have witnessed a collision and near misses. This would be beneficial to pedestrians in the area as well as vehicles along 5th St/Riverfront Ave. The current arrangement looks like it is already 4-way stop with the hanging light in the middle of the intersection, and can be confusing. It is also difficult for drivers on 5th St/Riverfront Ave to see traffic on 6th due to parked cars without pulling well into the crosswalk. Thank you.
