Sprinkler Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 920 11 St SW

Appears the top of the sprinkler head is gone. I know there hasn't been much precipitation this year but I'm not sure watering the road helps ;). The sprinkler is approximately half way between 9th avenue and the railway tracks on the east side of 11 Street SW next to the sidewalk.
