Manhole on front lawn at 1961 - 9th Ave. NW overflows sending flood water across all lawns to the east. Flood water flows over driveway wall at 1955 - 9th Ave., flood water runs between houses scouring earth and gravel eventually depositing 100'S of pounds of debris on rear / lower deck. Flood water carries on into house to the south. Same flood water floods lower driveway area at 1953 - 9th Ave., flooding into garage and lower basement. last (4th) flooding event late evening on 2016-AUG-06.
