Snow On City Road at 137 Somercrest Ci SW

Deep mash-potato like snow all up the hill on Somercrest Circle. I live adjacent to the turn around and there is approx 20' of thick snow in front of my house that makes it almost impossible to exit driveway in our car.
Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
