Catch Basin Other Concerns (OLD) at 419 1 Av NE

New catchbasin required on west side of 3 St NE, just north of 1 Avenue. There's no catchbasin on the west side of 3rd Street for the entire block from 1st Ave to 2nd Ave, PLUS all the drainage flowing onto 3rd Street from the steep laneway to the west. Every thawing chinook results in a glacier forming across the roadway at the intersection (photo) which makes vehicle braking treacherous and pedestrian crossing impossible.
