STILL UNRESOLVED BUT CASE CLOSED. Plow was here today but didnt plow the reported section. downhill is ice and slippery and dangerous. West Nose Creek Parkway near the valley (Nose Creep Parkway) Lots of people walk here but just not ignored by City. Downhill sheer ice.
