Catch Basin Other Concerns (OLD) at 38 Quarry Ga SE

On the walking path behind Remington construction site at far north end. The contractor pumps unfiltered water from excavated area at north end into storm catch basin on pathway. Muddy water from site also drains into storm sewer. The trucks constantly transfer mud from the site and storeage sites across the road onto roadway. On multiple occassions I have picked nails from road along site. There are also hundreds of cigarette butts washing into the torm drains from this site where workers throw
