The walkway behind these homes is deemed private property and not a regional pathway. Roads was asked to remove all reference to it being a pathway from their files. There were SRs in 2015 regarding this walkway. Not sure on the outcome or who needs to inform the homeowners but Parks can only tell them it's not a pathway - nothing else. Some department needs to inform the homeowner it is their property. |
