Mowing in a Park - Residential Boulevard up to 50km/h-WAM at 314 Silverado Bank Ci SW

The city maintained playground/park area is carpeted in dandelions and weeds that are calf deep, 6-8 inches long. Children cannot play on the "grass" and it is difficult to walk through the park because the weeds are so long. The grass has not been cut once yet this year. Please cut the weeds down asap!!!!
