Pedestrian and Cycling Pathway - Repair - WAM at 21 Tuscany Reserve Pt NW

The grassy area by Twelve Mile Coulee Road is being made into a gravel path. For all the work that is being put into it, can it not be paved? It gets extremely windy just generally at this part of Tuscany and the gravel is going to make a dust problem. Since Twelve Mile Coulee Road is being widened, can the path be paved too please!
