Details of request: Recently completed playground and green space

Specific location details: Developer recently completed installation of a grass and a playground in a geeen space and it needs both a painted crosswalk and a playground zone speed sign as well. there have been several near pedestrian hits in this area as it is both a drop off and pick up for school busses and there is constant speeding on thus section of road
