Poor choice in traffic signal type

Direction of Travel: South
Describe Issue: Travelling south on Shaganappi tr nw and making a left turn onto sage hill Blvd, the turn signal does not include a green yield light, only advanced arrow. There is absolutely no need for an advanced arrow. In order for the light to go green, North bound traffic comes to a stop, for one or two vehicles normally, completely unnecessary. Make it yield only. Plus it has a sensor, so if your a second too late, you miss the light... Please fix this.
