Catch Basin Other Concerns (OLD) at 51 Covepark Me NE

The catch basin drains in the alley have asphalt that is raised around it so water doesn't drain into it as it should. This makes too much water drain down the alley towards Covepark close which is where the alley gets wrecked with potholes the most.
