Traffic Signal Timing Inquiry at 701 14 St NW Northwest Calgary
Crossing 14th ST NW on 6th AV NW (going east/west in either direction).
Concern: Signal Timing
Road you are travelling on: 6th AV NW
Direction of Travel: East
Describe Issue: When crossing 14th ST NW to continue on 6th AV NW (going east/west) hitting the pedestrian walk has no affect on the car traffic. Since there is no difference on car traffic why even have the button in the first place and why not just have the walking sign turn on automatically. It is very frustrating if you're a pedestrian and you miss hitting the button by a split second the crosswalk still shows the do not walk (hand) signal. Please feel free to call me for more info
