Details of request: The sign indicating bicycles aren't allowed on this road is discriminatory as decided in the court of Queens bench action no. 9601-08195. The highway traffic act and this decision clearly states that the city may not discriminate against cyclists. The sign clearly discriminates pedestrians over cyclists.
