Sprinkler Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 555 Silverado Plains Ci SW

No irrigation to this park all summer. The grass is completely dead. All city maintained parks within Silverado look this way and have not been maintained throughout this summer. The park looks horrible. An irrigation system was installed in this park when it was built but appears that it is no longer working or has been removed completely.
