Mowing in a Park at Bow River Pathway

Lawyrey Gardens, just north of Willow Pond - the "island" between the pathways - that was mulch 2 years ago if full of noxious weeds - creeping bell flower and Canada Thistle - now going to seed- I though park policy was to catch these sites early so that it did not spread ??? - photo 2017 -08-12 -
