Sign on Street, Lane, Sidewalk - Repair or Replace at 59 Edgeridge Vw NW

Playground Sign+pole brought down by unknown (wind?)for some weeks now. Initially Sign was still attached to the metal pole. But someone detached and took the pole leaving the sign behind. It's now a hazard to public should the sign get blown by strong wind and become airborne hitting playing children. NEEDS URGENT ACTION.
