Describe Issue: It takes an excessive amount of time for pedestrians crossing Dalhousie Drive to get a walk signal, even if there are few to no cars on Dalhousie Drive. Often pedestrians will press "beg button", grow tired of waiting and jaywalk. Result is that cars and buses then have to stop for no reason after pedestrian is long gone. Detrimental to all. Please fix timing.
