Traffic Signal Timing Inquiry at 5300 86 Av SE

Describe Issue: When waiting for light to change at 86 & 52 ST SE, it can take over 5 minutes to change. It is true at any time of day. Even if there is no traffic heading North or South it still takes a long time. I have waited long enough to hear 2 full songs on radio. I don't expect it to change right away, but the long wait is quite extensive. Is the sensor that small? Can this please be fixed?
