Describe Issue: The turn signal for this intersection only allows for 3 vehicles to get through the intersection. It is a very busy intersection and hard to see past the vehicles that are turning north. People are taking dangerous chances to make a left hand turn. The turn lane painted lines are also far away from the curb almost like a double lane so you can not see oncoming traffic. Lengthening the turn signal time may clear more traffic from the turn lane.
