Mowing on the Boulevard 60+ km/h-WAM at 52 Wentworth Sq SW

Weeds are never trimmed back along this stretch of roadway. All other areas along the path yes but for some reason this sidewalk is always over grown and never gets snow removal as of the connecting sidewalks Curious as to if it is an oversight or some reasoning why.
