There are 2 consecutive street lights out at the start of Arlington Dr SE, just off of 83rd Ave SE

What is Streetlight lighting? Residential Roadway
Describe the issue: 2 lights out conservatively.
Any other location details: The area has a historically high car prowling rate, I'm 3 times a victim. The present environment is obviously an attraction for car prowlers, having it literally pitch dark just amplifies that.
