Sprinkler Maintenance in a Park at 115 Patterson Bv SW

There is a sprinkler system but it doesn't seem to be coming on. It's so dry. The trees need water and, being next door to the park, we are getting concerned about how dry it is if there were ever a fire, it would really burn. Yes, I do spray with water from my hose once in awhile but can't afford to water the whole park and trees.
