However the condo/townhouses have underground sprinklers that saturate the "T" intersection and the end of the lane. Excessive watering is not conducive to the integrity of the lane, lane turns to mud and traffic causes potholes and low spots. Cars will need to be moved out of the way and lane dries up before graders can do anything to lane. |
