The sidewalk is sunken gravel, old asphalt and weeds.

Specific Details: A large number of students and pedestrians use this walkway throughout the year. It appears that ATCO is responsible for the property but does not maintain the sidewalk. Every year this area fills with water, snow and ice & mud.
