In a Park - Litter Pick Up or Overflowing Park Bins at 255 Copperfield Mr SE

In July, someone delivered a large brown storage bin to the Park behind (west) of Copperfield Manor. It looks like the concept was to use it as some kind of shared toy locker, as there is a bifold sign as well. The unit has never been used and has since been filled with rocks from the park and the lid has broken off so it is lying on the concrete beside the rest of the unit. This has become an eyesore and needs to be removed/disposed.
