Specific Details of issue: This is a picture of a used speculum which was once inside someone's vagina. Along with the other debris - syringes, tongue depressors, stained paper sheets, broken glass, etc. this is a public health hazard. I contacted the medical clinic too
Specific Location Details: Alley beside Amaranth/Lindt between 15 and 14 Ave off of 4 St SW. Strewn in several directions down the alley. Behind a medical walk in clinic.
